How Does the CEI Work?

The CEI is uniquely designed to provide a quick, “pulse check” of your organization’s current level of employee motivation and engagement. With 30 questions and a five-minute completion time the CEI can be administered on a quarterly basis and be used to augment larger engagement surveys that may only be administered on an annual basis.

Your organization’s CEI results are broken down across leadership levels, teams, functions, departments and even locations according to the unique structure and requirement of your organization.

The CEI integrates smoothly with our Growth Leadership programs and Change Management programs and works well alongside the OGI® and GLI assessments as a lens on engagement, motivation, and organizational readiness.
