How Does the CEI™ Work?
The CEI™ is uniquely designed to provide a quick, “pulse check” of your organization’s current level of employee motivation and engagement. With 30 questions and a five-minute completion time the CEI™ can be administered on a quarterly basis and be used to augment larger engagement surveys that may only be administered on an annual basis.
