Mark’s expertise and experience will complement Connective Intelligence’s Organizational Growth Indicator (OGI®), a diagnostic tool that captures and quantifies a company’s mindset and ability to grow.

Filling a Marketplace Need

A 2018 Gartner study shows that only 31 per cent of HR leaders believe their organizations have the culture necessary to drive performance. This figure demonstrates a strong and growing need for the Connective Intelligence suite of services and their measurable impact on organizational growth.

The Growing Leadership Team

The addition of Follows to the Connective Intelligence team comes after two recent senior hires. Bruce Good joined the organization as Vice President, Business Development and Growth and Deborah Jann was recently named Vice President, Client Experience and Growth. Both Good and Jann bring extensive knowledge of organizational effectiveness and innovation and share the team’s commitment to turning culture into performance and driving growth through disruption.
