Julia Douglas is a facilitator and consultant. For the past 18 years, Julia has been providing team effectiveness and leadership development programs internationally across multiple industries. Currently, Julia is the President of Momenteam, an organization specializing in providing teams and individuals with the skills and motivation to make significant strides forward in their effectiveness and productivity. Prior to this, in 1994, Julia co-founded a team-building company with an expertise in experiential learning. Julia’s programs, which are often focused on successfully launching new teams and/or re-igniting teams-in-progress, are customized to help participants improve in key areas.
Julia, who is frequently asked to speak for associations and at conferences, has also facilitated for Linkage Inc. and Suffolk University’s Corporate Education clients as well as for Aperian Global providing training on work across cultures.
