Over the last several years, Bell Canada has integrated the System of Effective Intelligence™  into several district management conferences, including: the Ontario Control Centre (OCC), Field Services and Operations Development Consortium (ODC). In each of these district conferences, Effective Intelligence™ was used as a springboard to identify tactics and actions needed to achieve their yearly corporate strategies. In 3 to 5 hour time frames, the management groups used the Effective Intelligence™ system to develop a common language for thinking and working together better. In each case, the EI "Decision Track" problem-solving tools were utilized to harness the group's thinking. For example, each group generated between 450 and 600 ideas in a 30 minute time frame. From those ideas, between 30 and 40 recommendations were developed for action.
