Ma. Carolina V. Dominguez
Carol is currently the President & CEO of John Clements Consultants, Philippines. In the past, Carol was an officer of Citibank, as a Manager for Business Development for Global Trade Finance, working for Italy’s, then, US Trade Finance groups. It was in 2002 when she returned to the Philippines to assume leadership of John Clements Consultants.
Carol graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines and holds a Masters of Management Degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Carol is a certified discussion leader from the Harvard Business School.
Mario Biscocho
Mario graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, and then earned MBA units from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He has attended numerous training and development programs, locally and internationally.
He started off his career with Philippine Business for Social Progress, a non-profit foundation. In 1986 he joined John Clements Consultants, handling sales and business development. As part of the Executive Search & Selection Division (ESSD) he has been at the forefront of initiatives in sales and business development, in terms of markets and new products, as well as marketing for ESSD.
Today, Mario is the Vice President & Managing Director of ESSD. He concurrently heads the Human Resources Development Consulting Division (HRD Consulting). He is also a member of the Board of Directors and the Management Committee of John Clements Consultants, Inc.
Grace Sorongon
With over twenty years’ experience in the human resources industry, Grace has only the best to offer in terms of executive search, large-scale recruitment, outsourcing and professional staffing.
As the Vice President and Managing Director for Professional Staffers, Grace was responsible for setting up the division’s assembly-line recruitment process, In addition, Grace has handled large-scale recruitment projects with companies in the telecommunications, business process outsourcing, and pharmaceutical sectors. Grace has also managed the Jakarta operations of John Clements.
Grace holds a Bachelor in Science Degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines and has completed academic requirements towards a Master of Science in Industrial Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University.
