Connective Intelligence Inc. provides high impact coaching for leaders and high potential contributors across North America and around the world. Through one-on-one, confidential coaching, leaders expand their self-awareness and learn to maximize their strengths while integrating new habits of thinking and behavior that are deemed desirable. Each coaching intervention is unique in that it focuses on the specific development needs of the leader.

Some areas of focus could include: developing more effective relationships with peers, strategic partners, Executive Boards; strategic thinking, creativity and organizational vision; personal decision making; assertiveness and influence; leadership presence, charisma and "edge", as a few examples.

Our unique approach brings to light your "winning" Thinking-Cycle® and connects your coaching objectives with your cognitive and emotional skills, motivations and abilities - our coaching identifies the underlying dimensions that drive behavior, performance and results.

Process

  • Understand your needs and your organization.
  • Identify your "winning" Thinking-Cycle® with practical, business-based assessments that take just 20 minutes to complete.
  • Engage in coaching - three, 1.5 hour sessions (minimum).
  • Measure impact and success.
