Brett is the founder and President of Connective Intelligence Inc., a global consulting firm that offers business-based solutions to improve the current performance and future potential of organizations. Tony Woolgar

Tony has extensive experience in organizational management and leadership, having spent the past thirty-five years in health care management and national and provincial policy development in the U.K. and Canada. Tony worked for ten years as a hospital CEO in the U.K., including leading the successful merger of two large hospitals, before moving to Canada in 2004.
Tony has been involved in the implementation of Ontario's health care reform agenda and was the founding CEO of the South West Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) one of fourteen provincial bodies established to transform health care delivery at the local level. Tony led the development of the South West LHIN's first integrated health service plan, and the allocation of $1.8B of health care funding to 153 health care providers.
Tony also participated in an Expert Panel set up by the Ministry of Health in British Columbia to develop the new health care strategy for the province.
He has a wealth of experience in organizational development, change management and performance improvement and a passion for optimizing the performance of individuals and teams to build successful organizations and careers.
Tony has professional qualifications in Health Service Management and Personnel Management and holds a Masters in Business Administration.

Bruce Hamilton - Montréal, Québec
Bruce Hamilton, B.A., CRHA
Bruce Hamilton is a seasoned consultant with close to 30 years of experience in all aspects of organizational design and development, coaching, and human resource and labour relations management.
Highly specialized in bringing new thinking and approaches to workplace performance improvement and labour - management relations, Bruce teaches a seminar at the Queen's University School of Industrial Relations' Masters Program in Kingston Ontario entitled "Collaborative Approaches for Workplace Change". Over the course of his career he has worked with all of the major unions and their representatives in Canada, including the USWA, the FTQ, the CSN, the CSD, the CEP, the IAM and the CAW. He teaches and facilitates "interest-based approaches to problem solving".
Bruce is a member of the STS (Socio-Technical Systems) Roundtable and the Order of Québec Human Resource and Industrial Relations Professionals (CRHA).
