Brett is a leading North American Master Trainer in the System of Effective Intelligence™, a breakthrough performance improvement system grounded in over 25 years of research and application in organizations around the world.
Brett is also a Master Trainer and Coach in BarOn’s EQ-i® and is the developer of the 3-D Emotional Power® system, a practical business-based model used to apply the concepts of emotional intelligence in the workplace.
As an innovator, a performance coach and an energizing facilitator, Brett draws on professional training, and a wide range of personal interests and experiences to help leaders and teams increase effectiveness and improve performance and results. He has had the opportunity to work with leaders all over the world with a wide diversity of North American and Global organizations.
Brett’s emphasis is always to help leaders and teams realize their full potential and develop a positive corporate culture by helping them to transform their thinking and intelligence into more effective action.
In addition to his corporate work, Brett uses his Masters degree in Counseling Psychology and certifications in EMDR and Stress Rehabilitation in his community to help people who are suffering from PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) after experiencing traumatic events.
He is currently working on his PhD in Human & Organizational Systems at the Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, CA. and writing a book on Wisdom.
