EQ-i® with Emotional Power® Trainer Certification Program

Connective Intelligence Inc. presents an opportunity for In-house Trainers, O.D. Specialists and Independent Consultants to integrate the concepts of Emotional Intelligence in the workplace.

Our world-class, business-based training program focuses on both knowledge acquisition and organizational application. "2 for 1 Package": EQ-i® / Emotional Power® Trainer Certification Program

We intentionally strive for small groups (4-6) participants to maximize your learning through increased interaction with the Certified EQ-i® Coach and other participants in the program. With our program, you receive certifications in both EQ-i® and Emotional Power®. Brett Richards is both a Certified EQ-i® Coach and the developer of the Emotional Power® system.

Emotional Power® was developed to leverage the strength and validity of the EQ-i® assessment while providing an array of practical tools to transform insight into organizational application.

This program is a combination of on-line learning with a live workshop experience. It will enable you as the student, to come prepared for the high level learning during the live session, by doing pre-work reading and assignments.

Your Certification will consist of three interactive parts:

Live Event: a two day intensive workshop rich in developing personal awareness and learning to apply the tools and concepts in coaching, consulting and training activities.

Post Event Application: an opportunity to apply what you've learned in a workshop format with your first group of participants.

Coaching by Teleconference with Brett Richards, Master Trainer

  • To support your success at planning for your first event, Brett will host a 1 Hour Group session to refine program designs.

Certificate of Completion: Once these three components have been successfully achieved you will have completed your accreditation and will receive your Certificate.
