These resources contain an Administrator’s Manual, EQ-i Technical Manual, Resource Binder offers the 15 Performance-Based Objectives for the Emotional Power™ Program. In a nutshell, the Emotional Power Program is designed for you to develop your knowledge and skills to integrate Emotional Power™. With this program you will be able to:

value the emotional intelligence that everyone can contribute everyday
deliver one and two day training courses on Emotional Power™: using the concepts, tools and techniques of the system to improve performance and productivity
use the Emotional Power™ program to design and deliver team building, leadership, coaching, innovation, selling and communication programs to achieve your client’s business objectives

More specifically, the program is designed for you to achieve the following 15 Performance-Bases Objectives. As a result of the pre-work and the training, you will acquire the knowledge, values and skills to:

1. Effectively and efficiently administer the EQ-i (Emotional Quotient - inventory) to individuals, small and large groups (following the procedures outlined in the Emotional Power™ Training material, including room set-up, orientation, presentation, and distribution of the report).

2. Profile teams and groups using the Emotional Power Report to identify high scores in the three dimensions of emotional power and the fifteen competencies of emotional intelligence.

3. Explain, present and demonstrate the applications of the Emotional Power™ program's core content, using the Trainer’s kit of materials that include the overheads, the Trainer’s Treasury, stories, examples and other teaching aids – e.g.:

4. Describe and demonstrate the uses of the Emotional Power Report and the EQ-i to improve individual performance and team productivity.

5. Respond effectively and accurately to a wide variety of questions on the background, history and uses of emotional intelligence in organizations, on the meaning, differences and uses of the three dimensions of emotional power as well as all other aspects.

6. Use the Emotional Power™ Workbook, the 3-D Emotional Power Tools and the Emotional Power™ programs in training, team building, leadership, innovation, communication, selling and problem-solving sessions to facilitate participants’ learning and their on-going use of the concepts and skills.

7. Coach individuals on the meaning of their EQ-i scores and on how to target performance improvement.

8. Design and facilitate clear, well-thought out half day, one day and two day training programs to:
